So many people think that South Florida's Real Estate market is a thing of the past, but those you who do fail to see the real opportunities that exist in this market today. Up to about a year ago it was impossible for many to even think about purchasing a home in South Florida, especially in the sophisticated condo market, but today excellent opportunities are all over the place.
